I spoke to CS, and they sent me regular updates about them working on it. Even Amazon-bought books and personal documents emailed to the Kindle’s email address don’t show up there, though they turn up in the cloud on my iOS devices. Everything works fine between my iPhone and iPad, but nothing seems to be getting into my Kindle - last page read, bookmarks, notes, highlights, nothing.
